This project included renovation, demolition of the existing bank lobby wing and the construction of a new 5,180 sf bank lobby wing. The renovation of the 25,000 sf attached Central Operation offices required structural changes and updating of finishes. Renovation included 65 percent (16,250 sf) of the the tenant spaces built-out. Phased move-ins were limited in order to expedite the project schedule. Construction logistics were designed to accommodate the continuing operation of the remote drive thru facility and to ensure the safety of the building’s tenants and the bank’s customers.
