Project Manager

This is a highly visible position within the company and requires strong communication and organizational skills.  

Our Project Managers meet regularly with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.  You must be an individual who enjoys the day-to-day details of project management and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  3-5 years of commercial, institutional, and/or public work is preferred.  All experience will be considered based on previous markets you have worked. 

Estimator

This position requires a unique individual that is experienced in the negotiated and hard-bid market.  Hands-on field experience in the trades is desired.  Must be a detailed individual with a competitive spirit.  

The estimating position must have effective follow-up skills and be able to manage multiple bid schedules and project types.  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  5-7 years of estimating and take-off experience.  Ability to create positive working relationships with subcontractor partners.  Possess the technical construction knowledge to deliver preconstruction solutions.
