Our Project Managers meet regularly with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. You must be an individual who enjoys the day-to-day details of project management and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of commercial, institutional, and/or public work is preferred. All experience will be considered based on previous markets you have worked.
Project Engineer with experience to provide technical support to Project Manager and Superintendent. Duties include maintaining control of all project documentation, OAC meeting agendas and minutes, reviewing plans and specifications, manage and track RFI’s, manage and track all change orders, manage and track all submittals from subcontractors, updating and distributing the project schedule, manage and track site safety documentation, manage and track quality control, manage and track SWPPP book, and close out to include coordinating owner training, owner stock, punch list and all close out documentation. Knowledge in Sage 300 Project Management software beneficial.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-5 years of commercial, institutional, and/or public work is preferred. All experience will be considered based on previous markets you have worked.
This position requires experience with layout, metal stud framing, drywall, backing, setting steel door frames, installing doors & hardware, and toilet partitions. Finish trim work would be beneficial as well.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5-7 years of commercial project experience.
