This project involved construction of an 11,500 sf checked baggage inspection system area, 3,600 sf passenger security screening checkpoint, shell space additions, as well as improvements to an integrated communications and operations center.  The team preformed renovations to the administrative office and conference areas. The new additions to the terminal were structural steel and precast concrete construction.

Construction included the relocation of several existing underground utilities, including two water mains (one on each side of the terminal concourse) a natural gas main, two primary electric duct banks / vaults, a grease trap, a sand and oil interceptor, and an underground storm drain.

High security protocols and FAA regulations were implemented.
