The Flying W Ranch burned down in the Waldo Canyon fire in 2012.  Many years of planning and development took place before the rebuild of the ranch could begin in 2019.  The project required extensive site work to reclaim the property. 

The site is 4.5 acre project, sewer service added from main entry to building, with extension to west patio for future use.   Water line extended from existing 6” line and a single fire hydrant, to west patio for future use. Single hydrant removed, 2 new hydrants installed.  Three rock walls were added, one at the loading dock to preserve pine trees, one at west patio for grade elevation change for ADA walkway and one at NW corner for water runoff dispersion.  The Chuckwagon building has long structural spans and exposed ceilings.  The building features a full service kitchen, bathrooms, gift shop, stage and large LED screen, custom built features such as drink dispensers, fireplaces, concrete features and bar/seating area.  

The finishes were design build and required several revisions as the Owner refined the vision.
