26,774 SF front entry canopy structures, rental Car kiosk and parking lot modifications, as well as 16,000 SF addition to the main airport terminal.

This series of projects at the Colorado Springs Airport included expansion of an airport terminal and baggage claim area, airport canopies and kiosk modifications, rental car and public parking lots, and TSA security renovations.

This project required coordination of over 30 subcontractors.  The project had special security requirements including background checks, airfield safety, and security training.  The tasks on this project were associated with tight deadlines to prevent interruption of regular airport operations.
