Remodel of the restrooms, team rooms, locker room showers, concession stands, ticket booths and press boxes. (Paint, lighting, plumbing fixtures, partitions, flooring, white boards, etc.) New Concession building with 2 ADA restrooms and a new ticket booth at Air Academy with 14,000 SF of new paving to create a patron gathering area.
